GC Squared designs and manufactures custom canopies for leisure and commercial use, fitted to most major bakkie brands. Every canopy begins as a 3D CAD design before being CNC laser cut, bent and TIG welded in mild or stainless steel, then powder coated for a clean, lasting finish. The result is a versatile, durable range built with genuine care and pride, and backed by our ongoing commitment to improvement and customer satisfaction.

What kinds of canopies does GC Squared make?
We design and build custom steel canopies for bakkies, for both leisure and commercial use. Every canopy is designed in 3D CAD, CNC laser cut, bent and TIG welded, then powder coated for a clean, lasting finish.
Which bakkies do you build canopies for?
We build for most major bakkie brands, including JAC, JMC, Peugeot, Ford, Toyota, BYD Shark 6, VW Amarok, GWM P-Series, Foton, Isuzu, Mahindra, Nissan, Mercedes, Mazda and Mitsubishi, in single, extra and double cab. Find your make.
Should I choose mild steel or stainless steel?
Both are CNC laser cut, bent, TIG welded and powder coated in the colour of your choice. Tell us how you use your bakkie and we’ll recommend the right option for you.
Do you fit the canopy for me?
Yes. Every canopy is fitted at our centre at Viva HQ, Nooitgedacht. WhatsApp us to book a time.
What colours are available?
Standard colours are White, Charcoal, Matt Black, Gloss Black and Red. We can also colour match your canopy to your vehicle, which is quoted as an extra.
Which accessories can I add?
Accessories include a side steel box, molle panel grid, bin slide, roof mounted table, kitchen unit, drawer system, tailgate locking plate, ammo box crate slide and roof racks.
How do I get a quote?

What other fabrication services do you offer?
Our workshop offers 3D designing, laser cutting, CNC bending, TIG welding, sandblasting and powder coating.
